The City of Garfield Heights and The Housing Research & Advocacy Center will be hosting a seminar for landlords on Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Law. The seminar will be on Thursday August 5th, 2010 6:00p.m. – 8:30p.m. at Garfield Heights City Hall, 5407 Turney Road.
The Housing Research & Advocacy Center is a non-profit fair housing agency located in the City of Cleveland that works to eliminate housing discrimination and assure choice in Northeast Ohio by providing those at risk with effective information, intervention and advocacy.
This is a FREE event for landlords, property owners and realtors.
One Fair Housing CEU is available for licensed real estate agents.
