Adrianne Fletcher named The Supreme Court of Ohio's First Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Director

The city of Garfield Heights congratulates Case Western Reserve University administrator and professor Adrianne Fletcher on being named the Supreme Court of Ohio’s first diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) director. Dr. Fletcher presented a Diversity Equity and Inclusion forum to Garfield Heights employees and elected officials in 2021. She has developed curriculum, mentored high school and college students and coached professional about how empathy, trust and civility lead to increased inclusion in work and the workplace. "Dr. Fletcher taught us something here in Garfield Heights and it would appear her talents took her to the top in Ohio," said Mayor Matthew Burke.  "We are grateful to have learned from one of the best in the field."
