Animal Warden - Humane Trap Request

Traps legally can not be set during extreme weather conditions.
Skunk breeding season is coming up shortly, and I would prefer to catch them now rather than
waiting for a litter to be born, but if the temperatures will be below 32, I can not leave a trap.
