All contractors are required to register with the city in order to register permits.
The three forms below must be completed and submitted along with the $125 application fee (cash, credit card (online portal only) or check payable to City of Garfield Heights) and given to the City Building Department.
ATTENTION: All bonds need to be dated January 1st to December 31st of that year. Example: Valid 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026
